  • Hello, I belong to a voluntary peer-training association of language service providers (e.g. translators, interpreters, educators) and we would like to launch an online site where our members can post information on tools, courses, articles etc. that they find useful for their work, and also, ideally, rate, comment on, and add to, posts by other members, something indeed similar to Cool Tools! It would be necessary to have an option for dividing tools/resources into topics and subtopics and also to allow members to add to it without major intervention from the association, as we are already overstretched in terms of time.  Thank you for any advice!

I can\'t imagine anything that doesn\'t require at least some management, but it sounds like you\'re describing a garden-variety forum. They are surprisingly flexible. Here\'s a few free versions:

You could also consider making a sub-reddit, Facebook page, G+ Circle (Google), etc. Pinterest? Also check out:
