I can find various permutations of these criteria but nothing that matches all. Any ideas? Thanks |

I found this Mains Ionisation Alarm, but it's been discontinued and replaced by the Firex 4870: http://www.essentialfiresafety.co.uk/mains-ionisation-alarm-123-9hi.html link |

Nobody. From I can find, the next best thing would be detectors from a UK company called RadioLINK. It is my understanding that their ionization and the photoelectric detectors will work with each other (one goes off, they all go off). RadioLINK has virtually the same detector in both types, photoelectric and ionization. Ei3105RF RadioLink Wireless Optical 9V Smoke Detector - Photoelectric (called "optical" in the UK) Ei3100RF RadioLink Wireless Ionisation 9V Smoke Detector - Ionization I plan on installing both detectors in each location when I hit the ten year replacement date, hopefully by then someone will have introduced battery operated, interconnected, dual sensor detectors like you describe. I found these detectors on the website: http://www.sdfirealarms.co.uk/shop/ei3105rfradiolinkwirelessoptical9vsmokealarm-p-954.html Good luck, and stay safe.
