My wife and I both have Bogs -- easily to slip on and off, very comfortable, keep feet warm but not hot, very durable http://www.bogsfootwear.com/ linkFor those who live in slightly colder environments Bogs and the Original Muck Boot Company both sell insulated rubber boots that are super comfortable and breathe fairly well (which can be a problem with straight up rubber boots). We've reviewed a pair of Jobber Muck Boots in the past, and I personally have a pair of calf high ones that I wear throughout the winter. They tend to be a little bit more expensive, but I've had mine five years and they still feel like brand new.
