I am going to start with a question.

I have a book with lots of illustrations, nicely designed. I’d like to make it into an iPad app book thingie. Currently the book lives as an InDesign file. I am willing to re-design it, in InDesign (CS5). How do I move it from InDesign to the final form in an iPad app?
