Normal guitar cases don&#8217;t offer enough protection and the professional&#8217;s standard Calton cases are $600+ and heavy enough to make your arms lengthen.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a case designed for flying that is light, well designed and pretty much indestructible. It costs around $160-$200 and you can put your instrument in it by itself, in a soft and light gig bag or in your normal hard shell case.
