I clean the kitchen after my wife cooks and had never found a good tool to scrape food from the bottom of the pan without causing damage. <\/p>\n<p>The Skrapr is made of hard plastic resin with a sharp, durable edge. It is also great for removing debris from glass cooktops. Some of the Amazon reviews complain that it does not work well on cast iron.
