{"id":27441,"date":"2023-07-26T13:49:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T20:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kk.org\/cooltools\/?p=27441"},"modified":"2023-07-26T13:54:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T20:54:48","slug":"submit-a-review-and-get-a-50-amazon-card","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kk.org\/cooltools\/submit-a-review-and-get-a-50-amazon-card\/","title":{"rendered":"Submit a tool review for a chance get a $50 Amazon Card"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re going to award a $50 Amazon gift card to the writer of our favorite review between now and Monday, July 31, Noon PT.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kk.org\/cooltools\/submit-a-tool\/\">Here&#8217;s the form to submit your review.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here are some guidelines for writing a review for Cool Tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;re looking for recommendations of things that you have used for at least six months.<\/li>\n<li>A Cool Tools review should answer the following questions:<\/li>\n<li>How long have you used it?<\/li>\n<li>What does it enable you to do (what are the benefits, rather than the features)?<\/li>\n<li>How this tool has changed your behavior?<\/li>\n<li>Why do you think this tool is superior to others (and why should readers believe you)?<\/li>\n<li>Where can readers buy the same one you use?<\/li>\n<li>If possible, include a photo of the tool in use, that would be great.<\/li>\n<li>If you are involved in the invention, creation, or distribution of a tool, please do not send us a review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <em>Whole Earth Review<\/em> guidelines (written by Kevin) for reviews went like this: \u201cWrite your review. Then write us a letter explaining why we should devote space to your item.
