I liked it so much I bought two more for at home. There are two things that I like about it, first the rheostat switch. It can be reading-light bright or night-light dim. The second thing is its elegant good looks. It can sit out in the living room until you need it. Although it&#8217;s entirely plastic, it feels solid and well made. The three D batteries it runs on give it a nice hefty solidity, and the handle feels sturdy. Definitely a great power-outage light!
