I have been using\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/geni.us\/falTqlM\">BurnGuard oven\u00a0mitts<\/a> 3-6 times a week for over 5 years. They are made with Nomex and Kevlar (that&#8217;s what firefighters wear). I no longer worry about burns even in a 500F oven. Tucker makes many sizes; I bought the 15&#8243; long models to give me a little more protection. They are pricey but I never feel the heat.
