Type in the model number and you get taken to a page that lists the most common problems. The page for that problem lists &#8211; most likely\/common to least &#8211; the various things that could cause a problem. For example, for our 20 year old washer, the page told us &#8220;for a small leak at the front of the machine&#8221;, it&#8217;s most commonly this part. The part arrived in a couple days and the linked video had crystal clear instructions on how to take apart the machine, swap the part and close everything back up.
