It sounds silly, but give me a minute and I\u2019ll show you why it\u2019s a useful tool. And if I make a convincing case, you can pick up a pair of these for just around $4 using the Amazon link in the description, which helps my videos and the Cool Tools blog.<\/p>\n<p>Now, if I\u2019m marking wood I\u2019ll use a pencil. For everything else, I\u2019ll typically go with my trusty black sharpie.
