It&#8217;s basically a flashlight that you don&#8217;t have to hold. It&#8217;s comfortable and lightweight enough that it doesn&#8217;t bother me when I wear it for extended periods. It&#8217;s got plenty of light on the brightest setting. <\/p>\n<p>I also have this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/B01AHLOUGG\/cooltools-20\">headlamp<\/a> ($14) that has a setting that lets you turn the lamp off and on by waving your hand in front of a sensor.
