I got this tote at The Cloisters in Washington Heights on one of these Boys Days last year, between a ramble through Fort Tryon and a snack of Liebman\u2019s hot dogs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s inside the bag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jetpens.com\/blog\/kaweco-sport-a-comprehensive-guide\/pt\/719?utm_campaign=What%27s%20in%20my%20bag%3F&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter#Classic\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kaweco Sport Fountain Pen<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0($22)<\/strong><br \/>\nDespite my bad handwriting, I prefer to do my note-taking, brainstorming, planning, plotting, journaling, and first-drafting by hand. I use this little Kaweco fountain pen a lot \u2013 it writes well, and is light and portable enough to use every day. I found out recently though, that on Zoom calls it can easily be confused for a vape. Lesson learned: it\u2019s important to announce what is and isn\u2019t a vape when you log onto a call.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/paperangprint.com\/?utm_campaign=What%27s%20in%20my%20bag%3F&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Paperang Thermal Printer<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0($84)<\/strong><br \/>\nI got this little printer a few years ago, and I love it. It\u2019s a thermal printer, like a cash register uses for receipts, so the quality and longevity of the prints are low, but with some sticker-backed paper, it\u2019s great for quickly putting little images, charts, and labels on things.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.muji.us\/store\/4549337193833.html?utm_campaign=What%27s%20in%20my%20bag%3F&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Muji Schedule Notebook<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0($10)<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is \u201cThe Book\u201d \u2014 everything\u2019s in my little Muji planner. In quarantine, I\u2019ve taken to singing to myself, to the tune of \u201cHome\u201d by Edward Sharpe &amp; The Magnetic Zeros: \u201cMy office is wherever I\u2019m with my book.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Buddha Machine by\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/FM3?utm_campaign=What%27s%20in%20my%20bag%3F&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=Revue%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>FM3<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nThis little speaker is a music loop player by electronic musicians FM3. And it\u2019s the only thing in my bag that\u2019s been reviewed by Pitchfork and the New York Times. Modular, portable, infinitely adaptable. I\u2019m convinced that any problem, regardless of size, can be solved with enough index cards.
