They offer a Citi one but it pickpockets you with foreign exchange fees (despite being a\u00a0<em>travel<\/em>\u00a0card). A better bet is the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cards.barclaycardus.com\/banking\/cards\/aadvantage-aviator-red-world-elite-mastercard\/\">Barclays Aviator Mastercard<\/a>\u00a0because it doesn\u2019t. You get 60K points upon sign-up after paying the $99 annual fee, and just using the card\u2014no minimum spend.
