An EU Ban on Greenwashing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The EU will be clamping down on the vague or unsubstantiated environmental claims known as greenwashing. This month Parliament and Council agreed to ban a range of misleading product\/service claims<\/a> and laid out specific targets such as “generic environmental claims, e.g. ‘environmentally friendly’, ‘natural’, ‘biodegradable’, ‘climate neutral’ or ‘eco’, without proof of recognised excellent environmental performance relevant to the claim.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Canucks in India<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to a diplomatic spat between the leaders of Canada and India, the latter has shut down visa applications<\/a> for Canadian citizens. Canada is reportedly the fourth-largest source of international visitors to India, sending more than 80,000 tourists and students per year. So far Canada hasn’t retaliated<\/a> with a similar move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did a research dive this week on which airplane and airline questions get asked the most on Google and dug into answers for 16 of them in this post<\/a>.
