They drive through neighborhoods at 100 decibels blaring campaign slogans for their candidate. Most of the vans also sport billboards on top. Here is a street use version in Minnesota. <a href=\"http:\/\/collectivesight.com\/\">James Everett<\/a> is an independent candidate for governor of Minnesota who is using a portable sonic platform for his campaign. He calls it the Wagon of Revolution. Previously he used the same contraption while campaigning for a Congressional candidate. The cart contains a generator and sound system.
