What is the best book about doing interviews?

Does anyone recall the book that was reviewed in the most recent Whole Earth Catalog that covered how to do a great interview? I know Cool Tools mentions a book on oral histories, I'm looking for the one that is specifically on interviews (I think the quote from the book had to do with an interview of JFK). Thank you.

Thought it’s not a book, this is one of my favorite collections of advice about how to conduct a great interview: |
The best way to learn how to make good interviews is by reading great ones. Hans Ulrich Obrist, Interviews Volume 2 (Vol. 1 costs too much) and The Paris Reviews interview archives. |
A cool tool can be any book, gadget, software, video, map, hardware, material, or website that is tried and true. All reviews on this site are written by readers who have actually used the tool and others like it. Items can be either old or new as long as they are wonderful. We post things we like and ignore the rest. Suggestions for tools much better than what is recommended here are always wanted.
