'The Foragers Harvest' by Samuel Thayer has always steered me right. Its not really oriented towards "survivalist" foraging, but has a lot of great info on wild plants which can be readily found, as well as how they can be properly identified and prepped for eating.

I can recommend Edible Wild Plants, by John Kallas. John teaches outdoor workshops around the country, but is based in Portland, Oregon.
