I run a tool bank, a charity that lends tools to other charities to do small and large volunteer projects. I am getting a lot of donations of high quality but slightly rusted tools and other tools that need to have their handles replaced. I am trying to get a list of equipment I would need to refurbish and repair hand tools and equip a workshop to handle between 40 and 100 tools per week. I am based in England but could probably source like for like equipment here. Any advice?
