Hi, I received a copy of "Cool Tools" as a Christmas gift, and have been browsing randomly through it. Only this morning did I start at the beginning, and then realized that the beginning of this copy is page 33. Can I get a proper copy? If so, how? Thanks. rongivens2001@aol.com

If you got the gift from someone who bought it on Amazon, Amazon will replace it. That will be the fastest and best way, since they can package the book well. You'll need your giftee to send you a label that Amazon will provide them for a return. Alternatively, if you email me (kk@kk.org) your postal address (don't leave it here) and it is in the US, we'll send you a copy via Media mail in a padded envelope. It might get a little dinged that way, and it is slower than Amazon, but you'll have an full copy. |

A cool tool can be any book, gadget, software, video, map, hardware, material, or website that is tried and true. All reviews on this site are written by readers who have actually used the tool and others like it. Items can be either old or new as long as they are wonderful. We post things we like and ignore the rest. Suggestions for tools much better than what is recommended here are always wanted.
