Helps make perfectly round pie crusts with a consistent thickness

Rolling pie dough can be a pain – finding the counter space, dusting everything with flour, etc. From my first use of this bag, I was hooked. A bit of flour on the dough and I can start rolling. Usually I need to unzip the bag and dust a bit more flour on to make sure it doesn’t stick. Rolling out to the edges of the bag means my dough is perfectly measured to fit my pie plate. An added plus is I don’t end up dusting flour all over my kitchen.

A con might be that the zipper pull sometimes interferes with the rolling pin, but this is a small quibble. To clean, I put it in the sink of soapy water and wipe it down, rinse, and hang to dry.

Anything that gets home-made pie into my piehole easier is a boon!
