Korky Universal Toilet Valve and Flapper

img

Toilet valve and flapper fits most toilets

Having lived in our home for many years, we’ve got several different types of toilets throughout the house. Kohler, Eljer, Toto, etc. All in different configurations, low tank, high tank, one and two piece.

When the flush valve on our Eljer went out, I looked into replacing it. Ordering the original parts would have taken over a week or a long trip to a specialty plumbing store, and the cost was about double of the Korky universal. The person who recommended the Korky was the sales person at the specialty plumbing store, both for cost and availability.

Korky makes a number of models depending on whether you need just the fill valve, the flush valve, the flapper or want to rebuild the whole toilet. Costs are reasonable, from less than $10 to about $24 depending on what you need.

Most importantly, the valve was easy to install, had great instructions and now works perfectly.
