Gel’O Cool Pillow Mat
For sleeping cool
This is an 11″ x 22″ gel-filled mat ($25). It sucks heat away, which makes it much easier for me to sleep. It has a depression in the middle so that it can be folded without damaging it. I’ve tried a number of such items, and this is the best for sleeping — it doesn’t need to be refreshed with water. It isn’t water-filled like the Chillow which eventually gets nasty and has a risk of leaking.
