Meyer’s Clean Day Multi-Surface Concentrate

One quarter cup of the concentrate makes a full gallon of cleaner when mixed with water

I’ve been using Meyer’s Clean Day Multi-Surface Concentrate for over 5 years. In my opinion, it is the BEST multi-surface cleaner out there.

Why? First, it doesn’t come with all the chemicals most cleaners use and it still gets the job done beautifully. Its ingredients are at least 98% naturally derived and are free of Parabens, Phthalates, Glycol Solvents, Chlorine, Formaldehyde, and Artificial Colors. It is full of Plant Derived Ingredients, Natural Essential Oils, Birch Bark Extract, and the most important ingredient of all, tap water.

Which leads me to: Second, it’s really cheap. $7.99 sounds expensive for a cleaner until you read “concentrate.” One-quarter cup of the concentrate makes a full gallon of cleaner when mixed with water. All I do is keep a mixed-solution gallon jug under the sink (Arizona Ice Tea jugs are the best) and regularly fill up a spare spray bottle (the Zep spray bottle is a solid performer).

Third, it safely and effectively cleans floors, counters, and surfaces in bathrooms, kitchens or any room both inside and outside. This is an important point — I always thought cleaners had to have extreme amounts of chemicals to do the job. I was wrong — Meyer’s allows the water to do the cleaning while providing a clean (and safe) scent around the kitchen. It does a great job cutting the grease on the stove, cleaning the counters, and using it all around the house and car. Finally, it lasts and lasts and lasts.

Every time I fill up my spray bottle, I think of the 2-3 dollars I spent on commercial brands. This 32-ounce bottle has paid for itself many, many times over. If you don’t like Lemon Verbena, Meyer’s Clean Day Multi-Surface Concentrate comes in a number of great scents — Basil, Lavender, Geranium, Sunflower, Rosemary, Bluebell, Honeysuckle, and Red Clover. My bottle is almost empty, maybe I’ll switch to another fragrance
