Prodyne CK-300 Cheese Fruit and Veggie Knife

img

Open surface blade reduces friction and keeps food from sticking

Nicely made, but costs less than $9. It gets used for nearly every meal and snack in our house; we have lots of really good, expensive knives. This one is always in the dishwasher! Does a great job on ripe tomatoes, oozy brie, fresh mozzarella, bread, thin slices of cured sausages, zucchini (that even stick to the sides of a santoku knide). So cheap, not worth sharpening, just save for the cheese board. Good picnic knife.
