Reusable silicone wrap for food storage
I picked up a set of these silicone stretch lids at a local Korean supermarket and thought I would give them a try. They are a re-usable, food-safe, and effective replacement for cling wrap. Instead of single-use cling wrap that comes in frustrating packaging, uses potentially suspect and definitely wasteful plastics, and only works some of the time, these stretchy disks are made of harmless silicone and they’re washable and can be used again and again. They work well on mixing bowls, dinnerware, mugs, cups…pretty much anything you would use cling wrap for except maybe wrapping around a ball of bread or dough.
